Cap Standard Weight Plate

These 1 inch Standard grip weight plates come with openings in the plates making them easier and safer to grip. Whether you are using adjustable dumbbell handles, straight bar, or trap bar, these weights can be loaded onto any Standard bar with a 1-inch sleeve diameter. These weights feature a machined center hole to easily slide onto bars. The glossy enamel finish offers a durable, long-lasting coating to prevent rust and damage. The 3-hole grip design allows for easy handling when loading or unloading weights. The 2.5, 5 and 10lb plates are sold in sets of 4 plates, while the 25lb plates are sold in sets of 2.
