Suited for lifting platforms, gyms and garage floors, these plates can be used for Olympic lifts and strength training. Each weight features a uniform diameter to evenly distribute the impact during drops. The 2-inch center hole makes these bumper plates compatible with Olympic style bars (with a 2-inch sleeve diameter). Raised numbers on each plate help to easily identify each weight size.
