These CanDo Ergonomic Hand Grips cover any needs from the earliest stages of rehabilitation after a stroke (yellow) to advanced athletic training (black). They’re available in five different resistance strengths from X-light up to X-heavy. This hand grip strengthener has a weight that equals the amount of force needed to fully compress the fixed handles. The force equivalent doubles with each level so you can work your way up slowly. These CanDo Ergonomic Hand Grips come in a convenient two-count package. The portable design makes them beneficial for home and travel.
